Dithmarschen – Health & Thalasso
The salty air, low in pollen and rich in iodine thanks to the location in large areas of Dithmarschen, has a positive effect on body and soul. Exercising in the fresh air increases the effect and strengthens resistance to disease. The healthy components of the mud and seawater are also used in the treatments in the spa and beauty center with great success. Büsum and Friedrichskoog have large health and wellness centers.
