Tourism on the West Coast
2010 an Interreg project for tourism on the West Coast was launched. This encloses the German-Danish border region of North Frisia and Southern Denmark. Through joint offers and promotions you will be given the opportunity to enjoy unlimited holiday fun and still more to discover the unique landscape.
Cycling along the North Sea
Two countries - one coast. This motto also applies to the first booking offer, which was created in the project. The bicycle tour takes you from Husum up north through North Frisia to Denmark and the Island of Romo and back to Sylt and Husum. To bicycle is a great way to explore the North Sea coast and the Wadden Sea National Park at first hand, and get to know the German and the Danish culture and nature in the border region.
